Virtual Visits
Family Medical Center is employing the use of virtual visits when deemed appropriate by the physician. If you have been given a virtual appointment, you will receive a 30 minute time window for your virtual visit. You do not need to download any apps or software. Joining the virtual visit is simple.
1. You will receive a text from an 882-86 short phone number inviting you to a video call.
2. You will then see a secure message with a link to join the video call.
3. Once clicked, you will be brought into the video call room.
